Typography is more than just letterforms; it is the foundation of visual communication. This project challenged me to explore the design and functionality of a typeface by developing a multi-page type specimen book. In this individual project, I developed a professional-quality technical description and user guide for the astrolabe\u2014an ancient astronomical device. The goal was to support users (like myself) who are new to historical instruments and empower them to explore astronomy through clear, thoughtful design. The Remedy Rack is a rich prospect browser designed to help users discover and compare medicinal plants based on their healing properties, care needs, and potency. Inspired by seed packets and natural apothecaries, the interface lets users explore 50 native North American plants through an intuitive, playful, and informative experience.
